Cancellation Policy

I want your art buying experience to be exceptional. If you’re not completely happy with your artwork,
you have 14 days from the date you received the piece to request a return for a refund.

A commissioned artwork cannot be returned.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The right of cancellation does not apply to custom-made products. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform me directly
(Maria Weigt, Maxim-Gorki-Weg 2, 16928 Pritzwalk, Germany, Tel.: +49 174 3393714, Email: maria.weigt@me.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. 

If you cancel the contract, I will refund all payments received from you (excluding shipping costs) within fourteen days after receiving the artwork back. I will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. 

 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
